His appointment represents another significant addition to the board of directors, joining Andrew Barlow, co-founder of Hitwise.

As a co-founder of SEEK Ltd. (ASX: SEK), Mr. Rockman was instrumental in creating one of Australia's largest, most successful online media companies.
