Gowest Completes Issuance of 1,325,000 Flow-Through
Shares

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Guyana is pleased to announce that it has 
completed a financing whereby it issued 1,325,000 flow-through 
common shares at a price of $0.20 per share to raise aggregate 
gross proceeds of $265,000.  This transaction is subject to the 
final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
