TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 18, 2006) - Having drilled four holes on the optioned Falconbridge property, each of which lacked significant mineralization, Newstrike (TSX VENTURE:NR)and Gowest (TSX VENTURE:GWA) shall be terminating their option agreement with Falconbridge Limited.
