LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - July 24, 2009) - Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) and Aviall Services Inc. have signed an agreement under which Aviall will supply new P&WC Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts to PW901 engine clients around the world. Pratt & Whitney Canada is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.

Aviall Services, the primary subsidiary of Dallas, Texas-based Aviall Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA), distributes aviation products to aircraft operators, commercial airlines, and general aviation and marine customers.
