Innovotech Awarded $220,000 Contract From ACAAF

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 21, 2007) - Innovotech (TSX VENTURE:IOT) is pleased to announce that it has been successful in securing a $220,000 contract over 2 years from the Advancing Canadian Agriculture and Agri-Food (ACAAF) program of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and administered in Alberta through the Agriculture and Food Council, to investigate and develop biocides with "anti-biofilm" activity. The contract will focus on meat processing facilities within Alberta but will be of relevance to the broader food processing industry where both the public and the industry share a common concern about food safety.
